Women's Fashion Boutique To Open In Downtown: Report
Apricot Lane Boutique has franchise-owned locations across the country, including one in Virginia Beach.
FREDERICKSBURG, VA — A new fashion boutique for women in their 20s to 40s is expected to open in April in downtown Fredericksburg, according to the Free Lance-Star. Apricot Lane Boutique describes itself as a boutique "that creates a unique adventure and shopping experience that captures the look and vibe" of the local area.
The boutique has franchise-owned locations across the country, including one in Virginia Beach. The Apricot Lane Boutique in Fredericksburg will be located at 1002 Caroline St., the Free Lance-Star reported.
The store will be designed to appeal to women who want to shop at "a mid-price point for some trendier pieces," Brianne Schrenk, who owns the franchise with her husband and parents, told the newspaper.

The first Apricot Lane Boutique opened in 2007. Today there are 75 franchise stores across the country. Going forward, the company said it is hoping to add 15 to 20 Apricot Lane stores per year.
