Supervisors will also hear updates on the county's year-end finances and long-term broadband expansion, and hold several public hearings on development proposals that could shape growth and services for residents.
   

• Virginia Home site redevelopment sparks concern from Byrd Park neighbors (nbc12.com) — A long-standing Richmond nursing home for adults with disabilities plans to move its residents to a new facility in Hanover County, aiming to expand services and improve quality of life. Richmond neighbors are debating a proposed 130-unit apartment redevelopment of the current Virginia Home site, raising concerns about parking, neighborhood character, and potential student renters near VCU.
