• Car Tax Payments Due Oct. 5 – What You Need to Know (fairfaxcounty.gov) — If you live in Herndon, your annual Fairfax County car tax bill, including the town's local registration fee, is due Thursday, Oct. 5, with several easy ways to pay online, by mail, phone, or in person. The county has approved 10% tax relief for 2023, and residents can also explore additional relief options for seniors and people with disabilities.
