• Kellam convicted of murder, arson in 2024 Accomack County killing of Warren Fosque III (shoredailynews.com) — A jury has convicted Ceonta Jamar Kellam of second-degree murder, firearm use, and arson in the 2024 killing of Warren Thomas Fosque III, who was formerly from Horntown. Fosque's burned work truck and body were found near New Church, and prosecutors relied on extensive circumstantial evidence, including cell phone data and surveillance videos from several Eastern Shore nightspots, to secure the verdict.
