• Cars program helps residents across the coalfields get to work (cardinalnews.org) — Lebanon residents struggling to keep a job because they lack a car can now apply for affordable used vehicles through the Cars to Work program run from 116 S. Flannagan Ave. The initiative, funded by state opioid abatement money and other grants, helps qualifying workers buy reliable cars with low monthly payments, no interest, and support services like financial classes and job assistance.
