Twice Is Nice (TIN) is proud to announce the debut of Granny Camp Workshops, a new series of hands-on classes designed to bring the community together through creativity, learning and intergenerational connection. Sponsored by The Ladies Board of Inova Loudoun Hospital – Twice Is Nice, Granny Camp Workshops will offer a welcoming and joyful space to learn new hobbies, share skills and enjoy fellowship in a relaxed environment filled with what many lovingly call “grandma energy.”
The Terrarium Workshop: No “Green Thumb” Required will take place on Sunday, June 7, from 2 to 4 p.m. Sponsored by Meadows Farms Nurseries, all plants and materials will be provided. Attendees will transform glass treasures into tiny indoor gardens — creating a miniature ecosystem. Participants will receive step-by-step guidance throughout the workshop. No experience is necessary. Cost is $25. Registration is available at ladiesboard.org.
Additional upcoming Granny Camp Workshops include a Flower Arranging Workshop on Sunday, July 12 and a Junk Journaling/Vision Board Workshop on Sunday, August 9. More details and registration information for these workshops will be announced soon.
All workshops will be held at Twice Is Nice , 305 E. Market Street, in the Tollhouse Shopping Center in Leesburg. TIN will serve as both a classroom and gathering space where participants can learn, create and connect while surrounded by the inspiring inventory that has made the shop a beloved community destination.
