Bring your parents along for a night of exercise and information on how to lead healthy and fit lifestyles! Challenge your parents to fitness competitions, go through a Gold’s Gym demo class, or try out the Hilltop Golf Club Indoor Simulator! Then, hit up the cafeteria for information on how to achieve a more balanced diet.
Fairfax County Public Schools Food and Nutrition Services will be on site, along with information from Wegmans on 1/2 plate healthy and veggie programs. There will be a Silent Auction Raffle for a New Callaway Driver & Taylor Made Golf Bag, a Boomer Esiason Autographed Football, a Gift Basket to The Tune Inn and more!
Proceeds will go to the Gunston’s Girls on the Run Program at Gunston Elementary School.
