Workhouse Film Institute with Clifton Film Fest

The Workhouse Arts Center Film Institute is hosting the 2011 Clifton Film Fest on Saturday, July 23 beginning at 7:30pm in the Performance Tent. Film screenings begin at 8:30pm. Tickets are $5 per person. Plenty of snacks and drinks will be available for purchase.* Be sure to bring your lawn chairs and blankets!

ABOUT CLIFTON FILM FEST

Clifton Film Fest is a film festival located in Northern Virginia showcasing original films made by the surrounding community. Filmmakers, students ages 13-21, and adults 21+ were invited to submit creative and thought provoking independent dramas, comedies, documentaries, or animations that will entertain the local community. The final deadline to submit short films was Friday, July 8. The top films will have their videos shown at the Film Fest and also be available on the festival website at http://www.cliftonfilmfest.com/.

* No outside alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the Workhouse campus. Beer and wine are available for purchase at special events and during normal business hours.  The festival will be held, rain or shine.
