Police Seek Public's Help Finding Suspect in Lorton Street Robberies
In each of the seven robberies, the suspect approached the victims on foot, displayed a handgun and demanded cash or property.

Fairfax County Police detectives are seeking the public’s assistance identifying a man responsible for a series of street robberies that occurred in the area of Pohick Road and Richmond Highway between Tuesday, Sept. 1 and Wednesday, Dec. 9.
In each of the seven robberies, the suspect approached the victims on foot, displayed a handgun and demanded cash or property, and then fled. The victims did not incur any physical injuries in any of the incidents. The suspect is described as black, late teens to mid-20s, between 5 feet 6 inches and 6 feet tall, about 150 pounds, with a slim build, wearing a mask and all black clothing.
