Police: Who Did $6,000 in Damage to Golf Carts in Lorton?

Incident took place Jan. 18 at Lorton Amtrak Station; police say they are hoping someone will recognize the suspects captured on video.

Fairfax County Police detectives at the Franconia Police District are trying to find out who did $6,000 in damage to several golf carts.

They are investigating the property destruction incident that took place Sunday night, Jan. 18 at the Lorton Amtrak Station, located at 8006 Lorton Road.

Police say that on Sunday, Jan. 18, at about 8:30 p.m., three individuals assumed control of several golf carts on the property. This resulted in approximately $6,000 in damage to the carts, according to police.
