Woman, 55, Robbed by 3 Teens Saturday Night in Lorton: Police

LORTON, VA -- Police say three teens robbed a 55-year old woman of her purse late Saturday night in Lorton.

Police say the incident took place in the 9500 block of Hagel Circle (see map below) in Lorton. Police say it was 10:45 p.m. when the 55-year-old female was walking and approached by three suspects, who police described as 18-year-old black males.

The suspects took the victim’s purse which contained an undisclosed amount of money and fled, according to police The purse was found later but the money was missing. The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
