Yo-Yo Ma, Ladysmith Black Mambazo Coming To Hylton Performing Arts Center

MANASSAS, VA — The Hylton Performing Arts Center has announced its 2026-2027 season schedule, and Broadway icon Bernadette Peters and renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma are just two of the stars performing there over the next year.

Audiences will have a chance to see performances ranging from ballet, Irish dance, boys' choirs, jazz piano, bluegrass and more. The performances are organized into four main series': Hylton Presents, Hylton Family, Matinee Idylls, and American Roots, as well as the Hylton Center EXTRA!

In addition to the variety of programming offered by Hylton Presents, the Matinee Idylls series presents hour-long chamber concerts paired with a lunch from a local caterer and a reception with the artists, the Hylton Family series highlights children's programming of all kinds, and American Roots offers bluegrass, jazz, blues and other Americana.

Some of the schedule's highlights include

• A Night With Bernadette Peters on September 19, 2026,
• The Vienna Boys' Choir on December 13, 2026,
• Ladysmith Black Mambazo on February 28, 2027, and
• Yo-Yo Ma with pianist Solon Gordon on April 2, 2027.
