Manassas Man Charged With Rape Of A Minor In Connection With Parking Lot Assault

MANASSAS, VA – Prince William County police have arrested a 30-year-old man in connection with a reported sexual assault of a minor in November 2025.

According to the Prince William County Police Department, Cristian Romario Saenz-Argueta, 30, of Manassas, began talking to a girl under 15 years old online sometime before the reported assault in a parking lot along Croce Court in Manassas in November. Police say Saenz-Argueta pretended to be 18 years old in these exchanges and had arranged more than one meeting in the parking lot, where the victim was then sexually assaulted.

Detectives identified Saenz-Argueta as the suspect in the attacks and arrested him on Tuesday. He is charged with one count of rape and two counts of carnal knowledge and is being held without bond.
