Man Arrested In Connection With Reported Sexual Assaults At Manassas Day Care

MANASSAS, VA – A 38-year-old man has been arrested in connection with multiple sexual assaults at a Manassas day care.

According to the Prince William County Police Department, Joseph Matthew Brown, 38, of no fixed address, was arrested Thursday and charged with 3 counts of aggravated sexual battery in connection with a series of assaults reported at the Children of America Daycare at 9655 Liberia Avenue.

Police say Brown inappropriately touched two 3-year-old girls while they were in the care of the facility between June 2025 and April 2026. No injuries were reported.

Brown is currently being held without bond, with his next court date yet to be scheduled.
