MANASSAS, VA – A 29-year-old from Manassas has been arrested and charged with indecent exposure after police say he exposed himself to a teenage girl in a Dumfries Target.
Joel Robert Stevenson, 29, of Manassas, was arrested on Monday in his home, Prince William County police say.
According to the Prince William County Police Department, Stevenson approached a 15-year-old girl in a Target store at 4310 Fortuna Plaza on Sunday and followed her, exposing himself and making obscene gestures before leaving the area. He is not accused of touching the girl and no injuries were reported.
Stevenson is being held in custody and has a bond hearing set for Thursday.
In April, Stevenson was arrested and charged with felony indecent liberties with a child under the age of 15 in connection with an incident on March 23. He was released on bond ahead of his first hearing on that charge, currently scheduled for Sept. 29.
