Manassas Cable Tech Charged With Felony Over Incident In Client's Home: Police

A Manassas cable technician has been charged after police say he attempted to touch a woman inappropriately during a cable installation.

MANASSAS, VA – A Manassas cable technician has been charged with a serious felony after police say he attempted to inappropriately touch a woman while installing cable in her home.

According to the Prince William County Police Department, a 63-year-old woman was having cable installed in her home on the 7300 block of Yountville Drive in Gainesville on April 23 when the technician, Luis Enrique Falconi Revilla, 65, approached her. Police say Revilla intended to inappropriately touch the victim and prevented her from leaving a room to get away.

The woman did not report any injuries and Revilla left the residence.

Revilla was arrested on Tuesday and charged with abduction with intent to defile, a class two felony. He is being held without bond and has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Nov. 17.
