This Popular Immersive Game Is Now Available In Downtown Manassas

MANASSAS, VA – An escape room with multiple games and themes has opened in Historic Downtown Manassas.

The City of Manassas announced that after years of preparation, Game Over Escape Rooms opened at 8955 Center St. as of September.

Game Over Escape Rooms offers four escape experiences, according to its website, with horror, fantasy, science fiction and mythological themes. Escape rooms challenge teams of players to work together to figure out how to escape from imaginary scenarios by figuring out and following step-by-step clues.

So far, each room at the Manassas location has proven escapable, and the business maintains a leaderboard on its social media.

Now more than 11 years old, Game Over operates escape rooms in more than 140 cities across the world, the company says.

The City of Manassas is actively promoting investment in its historic downtown area.
