• Teacher Busted for Intoxication on School Grounds (wmal.com subscription) — Manassas Park High School officials reported a teacher to the school resource officer Thursday morning after noticing signs of intoxication on campus, leading to her arrest on a public drunkenness charge and placement on administrative leave. Police say no students were directly involved, and the division reiterated its zero-tolerance policy for alcohol or drugs on school grounds as the case moves to Prince William County District Court in November.
