TYSONS, VA — Veterans, active-duty military personnel and military spouses can receive free car washes at Mr Wash Car Wash in Tysons on Tuesday, Nov. 10, and Wednesday, Nov. 11, as part of the company's Veterans Day observance.
The Mr Wash location at 8218 Leesburg Pike in Tysons will offer complimentary Extra Shine exterior car washes on both days. The location also offers vacuums.
No military identification is required to receive the free wash. Eligible customers simply need to tell an on-site attendant they are visiting for the Veterans Day promotion.
"We can never fully repay the sacrifices our service members and their families have made, but we can make sure they know how much we appreciate them," said Evan Harris, president of Mr Wash Car Wash. "To every veteran, every active-duty service member and every military spouse: thank you. We're honored to serve you."
The promotion is part of a companywide Veterans Day initiative at Mr Wash, a family-owned business with locations in Northern Virginia, Maryland and Delaware.
