• What Fairfax County's Vote Means For The Prosperity Redevelopment (patch.com) — Fairfax County is moving the Prosperity Business Park redevelopment forward, potentially bringing up to 1,900 new homes just north of Hilltop Road near the Dunn Loring-Merrifield Metro and Mosaic District. Supervisors also will weigh a separate plan that could replace older Merrifield apartments with nearly 3,000 new units, parks, and retail, together reshaping housing, traffic, and walkability around the Metro area.
