• Teen charged with shooting at Mount Vernon Plaza that injured two men (ffxnow.com) — A teen has been arrested and charged after a Sept. 29 shooting at Mount Vernon Plaza in Hybla Valley that left two men hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Fairfax County police say the 16-year-old suspect knew the victims and that an argument preceded the gunfire. He turned himself in and now faces a felony charge for willfully firing a gun in a public place.
