Limited rail service and special express buses, including direct buses from Newport News to D.C., will keep travelers moving while crews replace aging switches and improve reliability.

4. Man suffers injuries after T-bone crash with Tesla (valawyersweekly.com) — A local worker driving in Newport News was seriously injured in a T-bone collision with a Tesla in July 2024, leading to extensive medical treatment and long-term disability.
