Dominion says each outage had a different technical cause and stresses its safety systems and restoration efforts as residents brace for a hot week.

Norfolk animal shelter hoping to unite pets with their forever families (13newsnow.com) โ Norfolk's city-run Animal Care and Adoption Center is still offering low-fee adoptions and urgently needs local families to adopt, foster, volunteer, or donate supplies.
