4. Tyce is Norfolk Animal Care's Shelter Star and Her Adoption is Fully Funded in October (973eagle.com) — Norfolk pet lovers can meet Tyce, an energetic 11-year-old "Shelter Star" at Norfolk Animal Care Center whose October adoption fees are fully covered by the Friends of NACC. After a successful overnight foster, staff say she's social, cuddly, good with other dogs, and ready to be a calm, loving addition to a local home during regular afternoon adoption hours.
