ALEXANDRIA, VA – The woman who was killed in an Alexandria intersection last month was on a marked crosswalk that was being indicated as safe by the pedestrian crossing signaller, according to a new report.
ALX Now, citing a search warrant affidavit, reports that 62-year-old Norma Floyd-Sayles was crossing the intersection of St. Asaph and Montgomery Streets with an active pedestrian crossing countdown when she was struck and killed.
