PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA – An Alexandria man is wanted in connection with what police indicate is a major drugs distribution network centered around a Woodbridge tobacco shop.

The Prince William County Narcotics Task Force announced a major seizure of drugs and weapons in the county, centered around a Woodbridge tobacco shop. Two men were arrested and a third, Matthew Blake Pollard, 25, of Alexandria, is wanted in connection with an alleged multi-state drug manufacturing and distribution ring.

Pollard is facing charges of conspiracy to distribute more than five pounds of marijuana and possession with intent to distribute more than five pounds of marijuana as a third or subsequent offense. He has a history of drug and gun charges in Virginia.

According to a Wednesday press release, the investigation was launched in early 2026 after police received complaints about the Rat Pack Clubhouse, a tobacco shop in Woodbridge. In March, Virginia State Police intercepted a package containing 150 pounds of marijuana they say was on its way to Prince William County. Around the same time, North Carolina’s Highway Patrol stopped a vehicle officers determined was running drugs to North Carolina from the Rat Pack Clubhouse. They seized 280 pounds of marijuana during the stop.

Five locations searched, kilos of drugs seized

Five locations were ultimately searched on June 23: four in Woodbridge, including the Rat Pack Clubhouse, and one in the Alexandria area.

According to police, the searches resulted in the seizure of more than 8,200 grams of marijuana, more than 1,900 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, more than 1,600 THC gummies, more than 2,500 THC vape cartridges, more than 2,900 grams of THC oil, more than 2,400 marijuana pre-rolls, more than 1,600 THC edibles, more than 4,100+ grams of THC wax, more than 670 grams of kratom, more than 900 psilocybin edibles, more than 300 marijuana seeds, more than 40 jars of marijuana concentrated oil, more than 60 grams of kief, more than 5 kilograms of cocaine, 2 grams of fentanyl, three vehicles, and three firearms.

Police allege that large quantities of marijuana were processed at the tobacco shop into waxes and oils for vapes and edible marijuana products, which were then sold through the store, online or in person.

Arrests and charges

Wilquins Charleston, 50, of Woodbridge, was arrested on June 23 and charged with conspiracy to distribute more than five pounds of marijuana.

Jacob Tyler Wiley, 28, of Norfolk, was arrested on July 3 and charged with possession with intent to distribute a scheduled I/II narcotic and possession of a firearm with illicit narcotics,

A man with the same name and birthday as Wiley has a history of charges in the Virginia court system going back to 2019, when he pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and marijuana. Pollard likewise has pleaded guilty to past charges, including drug possession and distribution, and to possessing illegal substances while possessing a firearm.

The Prince William County Narcotics Task Force involves Prince William County officers and officers from Manassas Park and City of Manassas Police. Also taking part in the investigation were the North Carolina Highway Patrol, the Virginia State Police, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Drug Enforcement Agency.
