Why are you running for this office?

I was propelled by people angered by the 42-day government shutdown in 2025, and Rep. Beyer's vote not to reopen the government in November 2025. They felt betrayed.

I'm appealing to Democrats frustrated by their party's lackluster approach to critical national issues, and to frustrated Republicans who don't like what their party has become under Trump. In short - I'm urging people to join my "Coalition of the Frustrated"!!!

What do constituents tell you is most important to them for the coming term?

Affordability - housing, childcare, groceries, eating out, gas.

Healthcare.

Protection of government workers from shutdowns

What are your day-one priorities, if elected?

A proposal to create more opportunities for Americans - The "American Opportunity Fund" Act.

Two proposals on healthcare reform - including a proposal for a "Unted States Healthcare Service."

What are your longer-term goals, if elected?

Stop political theatre from getting in the way of real progress on national and local issues.

Reform healthcare.

A smart way to move us into the new Artificial Intelligence and Humanoid-Robotics economy - I have a proposal for that too.

Term limits for politicians.

What about your professional or other background has prepared you for this office?

I was a business executive for major US Corporation, and the Global Head of Customer Experience of a $4 billion revenue part of that business. That's about solving problems, not creating chaos by pointing fingers. It's about delivering more value and high levels of service. I have published a book on this "Customer Experience | The Hard Way".

The slogan on my merch (limited supply!) is "NOT ANOTHER POLITICIAN' (you can read that two ways, of course).

Americans need to realize that they are the customers of the US Government, and should expect the best in terms of value and service standards.

Aside from winning the election, what has been your most important campaign goal?

Thank you for asking this!

I have talked about kindness in this political moment towards people we don't agree with - whether politicians, family members, friends. I respect the effort and time sacrifice from all the other candidates for VA-08 - plus they've all contributed with distinction to our nation.

Kindness and respect!
