$1K In Fire Damage To Reston Building Blamed On Faulty Wiring
Sprinklers contained a fire at a Reston building until the arrival of Fairfax firefighters early Friday morning.

RESTON, VA — Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department extinguished an early morning fire Friday inside a Reston building, according to a post on the department's official Twitter account.
Around 12:56 a.m., units responded to the report of a building fire in the 12000 block of Sunset Hills Road. Two sprinklers inside the building activated and contained the blaze until the arrival of firefighters. The remaining fire was quickly extinguished.
Fire investigators determined the fire started in the wiring of a small, under the cabinet style refrigeration unit, according to the tweet. Damage was estimated at $1,000.
