2 Men Raiding Cars In Reston: Police

Police say they managed to catch one of them, but the other got away.

RESTON, VA -- Officers found two men opening doors to multiple vehicles parked in a quiet neighborhood in north Reston last week, and managed to arrest one of them, police say.

Police were called to the 1300 block of Murray Downs Way at around 4 a.m. on Jan. 12 to a report of two people attempting to open doors to multiple vehicles parked in the area, according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.

"Officers saw two men who then ran away," the report states. "One of the men was caught."

Police charged 20-year-old David Crevontay Pugnitti Webb of Reston with vehicle trespass and obstruction of justice.
