The 3 Best Restaurants Not In Reston Town Center

RESTON, VA -- Reston Town Center has a lot of great restaurants to be sure, but many locals are put off by the introduction of paid parking last January, and have sworn off ever going to RTC until free parking is restored. So where do you have to go to get a five-star meal in this town?

Fortunately, Reston offers plenty of other great eateries outside Reston Town Center, including these three in particular, which all enjoy four-star ratings out of hundreds of review on Yelp.

It was again another home run of amazing sushi and sashimi Sushi is amazing - it melts in your mouth, and everything is so so good. The fish is so fresh, it reminded me of my times in Japan :) the uni, toro, Ika, ikura.. everything is delicious! There isn't a single dish that I haven't loved. "This is probably favorite restaurant in town and we go here at least once a week. For the reasonable prices, you won't find better food anywhere! Generally, I'm an advocate of keeping menus smaller so that the restaurants can focus on doing those few foods well. Cafesano is the exception to the rule! The menu is huge and it is all good. You'll find Mediterranean (hummus, kebabs, baklava, etc.), pizza, classic Italian dishes, paninis, wraps, soups, and salads. They also have a nice little beer and wine selection." - Kelsey R.

"Hands down, great service. I don't expect to be catered too, I expect coming in here to get quality food and quick. That's what they do. They're staffed and know what they're doing. The menu fits anyone's needs and if your feeling frisky try them all. Me, I stick with the chicken tenders and santini fries. They have a honey mustard sauce I can't leave without, it's what I go for! If you go enough, like I do, you'll be remembered and that's pretty nice knowing they remember their customers. All walks of life come through their doors, which says so much about who they are as a restaurant. It can be pricey on some things regarding the menu but you do get quality and quantity, it weighs out, but you win.
