3 Kids Fire Bullet Into Woman's Reston Apartment: Police
Police say charges could be coming after the kids admitted to handling a gun.

RESTON, VA — Three kids in Reston are in major trouble after they were playing with a gun and accidentally fired a bullet into a neighboring apartment where a woman lives.
Police were called to the 1500 block of Cameron Crescent Drive at around noon on Nov. 20 to a report of an accidental discharge. A 23-year-old woman at the scene said someone had fired a bullet into her apartment from an adjacent apartment, according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.
Police identified three minors, who "admitted to handling the firearm," the report states.

No one was injured, and the investigation is ongoing. Possible charges are pending, police said.
