A Warning to Parents!

We often warn our children about the dangers of posting pictures and comments online.  Pictures can be misconstrued and comments can be taken out of context.  All true.  What we forget is that WE (Parents) need to take our own advice.  Recent news stories show parents with good intentions posting “funny” pictures of their children face dire outcomes.  Pictures of children trying to grab dad’s beer or “pretending” to drive moms car.  While they may seem harmless at the time after posting pictures like the ones listed above parents received a call or visit, sometimes both, from Child Protective Services (CPS).  It is NOT funny to have your child holding a beer bottle and it can get you in trouble.  Parents heed your words of wisdom and think twice before posting pictures of your children online!
