From parkour and aerial silks to acrobatics, dance, hammock yoga, and more, every class prioritizes progressive learning and safety in a small, supportive, instructor-led environment. MindShift Gym is a welcoming community focused on helping people of all ages and abilities connect to the importance of movement at every stage of their well-being journey. As children, we move playfully, free from constraints and concerns. But as adults, our movement often becomes a series of goal-based checkboxes, and we lose sight of the simple joy that moving brings to our lives. To break that cycle, we offer fun, novel activities that encourage every body to find movement that fits their abilities and rekindles that joy in their daily lives. The Kids Serving Kids: Tales of the Not Forgotten curriculum is a mission kit designed to build compassion and engage KIDS in global service. It uses real-life stories from Beth Guckenberger’s book about children in difficult circumstances, featuring interactive lessons, videos, and projects to help kids understand God’s love for the forgotten.
Our VBS will feature stories of children from Mexico, Haiti, Nigeria, and India.&nbsp; With each story there will be a Bible memory verse, prayer time, snack, and activities like crafts, games and music.&nbsp; We will explore&nbsp;questions like “How do I pray? What can I give? Where can I go? Who will I serve?”
This curriculum aims to turn “service” into a lifestyle by showing children how to pray for and help others, ultimately connecting their lives to a bigger world.&nbsp;
