RESTON, VA — Hard Day's Night, a Beatles tribute band that has been entertaining audiences for nearly three decades, will return to Reston this weekend for a free performance as part of the Reston Concerts on the Town summer series.
The Cleveland-based band is scheduled to perform from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, at the Reston Town Center Pavilion, 11900 Market St. The concert is free and open to the public.
Hard Day's Night has been performing Beatles music since 1996 and recreates the band's live performances with replica costumes and period instruments. The group performs songs spanning the Beatles' career, from early hits through later classics.
The weekly Reston Concerts on the Town series features free outdoor performances throughout the summer, drawing families and music fans to the town center.
Beginning at 6 p.m., visitors can also participate in Reston Town Center's Sip & Stroll program, which allows guests to purchase alcoholic beverages from participating restaurants and carry them within designated areas of the concert venue. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Concerts are held under the covered pavilion and are weather permitting. Admission and garage parking are free.
