Armed Robbery Of Reston Subway Under Investigation: Police
Fairfax County Police say a man tried to steal money from a Subway restaurant at gunpoint but only managed to steal the food he ordered.

RESTON, VA — Fairfax County Police officers from the Reston District station are investigating a recent armed robbery at a local restaurant, according to the weekly crime report.
On Feb. 27, around 4:17 p.m., a man ordered food at the Subway restaurant at 11160-D South Lakes Drive in Reston. After showing a firearm, he demanded cash from the register. Although the man did not receive any money, he did flee the restaurant with the food he ordered

Fairfax County Police also arrested a Reston man recently in connection with the theft of a 2012 Ford Fusion, according to the weekly crime report.
On March 1, around 4:34 p.m., Neighborhood Patrol Units located the Fusion in the 2200 block of Castle Rock Square. After the driver ignored the officers' attempts to stop the car, he drove a short distance and then crashed into a parked car. With the help of a police K9, officers located 21-year-old Anthony Agee of Reston and took him into custody.

Police charged Agee with grand larceny auto theft, reckless driving, false identity to law enforcement, and hit and run.
