Bank Robbery In Reston Under Investigation By Fairfax Police
Fairfax County Police responded Thursday morning to the report of a bank robbery in Reston.

RESTON, VA — Fairfax County Police responded to the report of a robbery before 10:50 a.m., at the BB&T Bank located at 11100 S. Lakes Drive, in Reston, according to a post on the department's official Twitter account.
Preliminary reports say that an individual passed note to a teller, escaped with an unknown amount of money, and no weapons were displayed, according to a post on Twitter by DC Realtime News.
Police say a suspect fled the area on foot. He was described as wearing all black with sunglasses and a mask. No injuries have been reported.
