RESTON, VA — Sometimes when people think about yoga, they think it's all about making pretzel shapes out of themselves, Maryam Ovissi, the chief care giver at Reston's Beloved Yoga studio told Patch.
"I believe the yoga is a pursuit of peace and human progress," she said. "No pretzels at Beloved, only peace."
