Reston Deals!

In 2011, I was all over Patch in the DC-area posting my "Frugal Family" column/blog, noting a handful of local deals in each Patch.

In 2012 and 2013, I've kind of disappeared from Patch to focus on my website and social media platforms.

I miss Patch.

Maybe Patch misses me too. While Patch has just about everything a guy or gal could need to keep up locally, something seems to be missing. Yep, there's just not a lot of talk on Patch these days about finding deals around Reston.

Here's a stab at getting back on track: 

*Beloved Yoga is celebrating Virginia Yoga Week with $5 drop-in classes from 6/9 thru 6/16

*Beloved Yoga is offering 5 classes for $50 and an unlimited 3 month pass for $250 thru 6/30

*Ben & Jerry’s is offering your 2nd Greek Frozen Yogurt for ½ off thru June 30

*Bow Tie Cinemas has $6 movies and $5 large popcorns on Tuesdays

*Cafesano is offering graduates a free dip platter or dessert platter on orders of $200+ thru 6/15

*Champps has a pair of Father’s Day promotions going on for a limited time

*Chick-Fil-A Village Commons has Family Night with free ice cream and entertainment every Tuesday from 5:30-7:30pm

*Macaroni Grill is offering ½ priced bottles of wine thru 6/6

*Michaels is offering 50% off 1 regular priced item thru 6/6

*Red Velvet Cupcakery has a Groupon for $20 for a dozen cupcakes thru 6/9

*Starbucks  offers a (very comfortable) plastic cup for $1 so you don't have to continue to toss paper cups in the landfills. And you get a 10 cent discount on refills.
