We Rallied in the Rain & Raised $2,787!

Team Tennis for Life rallied through the rain at the Reston Relay for Life, and raised nearly $3,000 for the fight against cancer!

Update from Team Tennis for Life:

The forecasted "passing" showers hovered over the Reston Relay for Life/South Lakes High School Tennis Courts for many hours.  We raised our tent, walked the track, and when the rains let up in the afternoon, we got out our rollers and brooms and dried the courts.  We had 3 courts playing for a couple hours then the rain started again...we had some troopers who played "wet tennis" until the bitter end!

Thanks to all our donators and players who braved the weather for this great cause!  Cancer does not have rain-outs and neither do we!
