Car Goes Flying Off the Road in Reston, Plunges into Lake Anne: Police [VIDEO]
The Fairfax County Police Dive Team was on the scene Thursday to pull the car out.

RESTON, VA — A car driving down Wiehle Avenue Wednesday afternoon suddenly lost control and plunged into Lake Anne, completely submerging the car, and police were able to drag the car out of the water on Thursday.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the accident, as the 45-year-old man and 7-year-old girl inside were able to escape safely, thanks to the help of passersby who went into the water to help. Because the crash happened at 4:09 p.m., shortly before nightfall, the Fairfax County Police Dive Team didn't attempt to pull the car out until Thursday, according to a report from the police department's Facebook page.
Police later posted video at around noon describing what happened and showing the dive team pulling the car out of Lake Anne.
