CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty Opens 'Office of the Future' in Reston

With 12 locations in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC, CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty is pleased to announce that they have found a permanent location in Reston, Virginia. The office, located at 1730 Plaza America Dr. Suite 130, has a futuristic feel and includes a virtual reality booth and a theater.

To celebrate this new location, C21 Redwood is holding a grand opening on March 8, 2018 from 5-9pm. This event is open to the public and will feature food, drinks, entertainment, giveaways and more. A locally owned business, CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty is proud to be a part of the Reston business community. Giveaways will include gift cards to other local merchants.

Nick Pasquini, CENTURY 21 Redwood’s co-owner and CFO, didn’t want this location to feel like a “typical” real estate office. He wanted a more modern, cutting-edge design that provides multiple work spaces for agents and employees, while offering comfort and technology to clients. To achieve this, he enlisted the help of Jodi Leigh, of The Leigh Agency. Leigh has designed several of C21 Redwood’s offices and carried over her clean, modern aesthetic into this location. Nick Pasquini says of the design, “We add a flavor to each of our office designs to reflect the personality of each community. Reston was designed to be a city of the future as it was one of the first ever planned communities in the country, so it made perfect sense to us to create an office of the future concept in Reston.”

CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty’s expansion in Fairfax County also includes a location in Fairfax City, at 10300 Eaton Pl. Suite 150. This office was also designed by Jodi Leigh and helps solidify Redwood as the area’s premier locally owned real estate brokerage.
