Critical violation No. 1: Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw animal food holding in a manner that may cause cross contamination of ready-to-eat food as follows: raw burger patties over cooked vegetable soup.
Critical violation No. 2: Observation (REPEAT) (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The following food item(s) were observed cold holding at improper temperatures using a calibrated food temperature measuring device: hard-boiled egg out of shell and feta cheese at 44F and 46F.

Critical violation No. 3: Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The following refrigerated, ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous food that is prepared on site is not used or discarded within 24 hours of preparation and was not observed to be date marked: turkey and deli meats prepped two days ago.
Non-critical violation No. 1: Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed that paper towels were not provided at each handwashing sink.
Non-critical violation No. 2: Observation: Observed presence of cockroaches in back area behind cook line which is not in use.
Non-critical violation No. 3: Observation (REPEAT): The following refrigeration unit is not operating properly and is unable to maintain cold food at or below 41°F: 2DR prep refrigerator (right) at 56F. Beverage cooler at 46F.
Non-critical violation No. 4: Observation: Light bulbs over the prep sink are not covered by a protective shielding.
