Community Theatre Group Looking to Rent Rehearsal Space

Hello,
I'm looking for a place for my theatre group to rehearse two to three nights per week from mid-April to early July on the cheap. This would be perfect extra revenue for anyone with a space that remains vacant in the evenings. We are looking to spend around $75 week for about 6-9 hours spread over 2-3 nights per week, for 10 weeks. Can pay all up front with signed rental or sublease agreement. Space ideally should be ADA accessible.
