DC Man Charged In Reston With Receiving Stolen Property
When Fairfax County Police investigated a traffic crash at Stratton Woods Park, they found one of the vehicles involved was stolen.

RESTON, VA — Fairfax County Police arrested a Washington, D.C., man while they were investigating a traffic accident Wednesday at Stratton Woods Park in the Herndon area of the county, according to a police release.
Around 4:01 p.m., FCPD officers were investigating a traffic accident at 2431 Fox Mill Road, when they discovered one of the vehicles involved, a 2016 Honda Accord, had been reported stolen. They took the driver and passenger into custody.
Police arrest Troy Woodland, 30, of Washington D.C., and charged him with receiving stolen property and driving on a revoked/suspended license. Police also arrested the passenger, Jahmilla Salahuddin, 25, of Chantilly, and charged him on an outstanding warrant for petit larceny.
