Critical violation: Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The following food item(s) were observed cold holding at improper temperatures using a calibrated food temperature measuring device: cooked veggies 57F, hummus 55F, cooked eggplant 56F, feta cheese 56F all in True 2dr preptop cooler

Critical violation: Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The concentration of the chlorine solution was measured at over 200 ppm. This concentration exceeds the approved limits for use with food-contact surfaces of equipment and utensils in a foodservice establishment.
