Drunk Reston Man Caught Beating a Woman in Sterling Parking Lot: Police

Police arrested him on assault, narcotics, and drunkenness charges.

STERLING, VA — A drunk Reston man has been arrested after Loudoun County Sheriff's deputies spotted him beating a woman in a vehicle just off Route 7, according to the police report.

Police say they saw the attack in the 46000 block of Community Plaza in Sterling at around 7 p.m. on March 15, and they arrested 26-year-old Fredy F. Alfaro of Reston on charges of assault, distribution of narcotics, and public intoxication.

He is currently being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center "pending review when he is sober," the report states.
