Drunk Reston Man Causes Ruckus At Restaurant: Police

Police arrested the man on a charge of public intoxication.

STERLING, VA -- A Reston man has been arrested on a public intoxication charge after he refused to leave a restaurant, police say.

Police responded at 1:40 a.m. Dec. 16 to the 46000 block of Community Plaza in Sterling, a shopping and dining area along Route 7, to a report of a man who was refusing to leave a restaurant, according to a report from the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Police arrested 28-year-old Fabian E. Gutierrez-Rodriguez of Reston. He was released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a personal recognizance bond.
