Drunk Reston Man Passes Out In Someone Else's Front Yard: Police

STERLING, VA -- A Sterling resident got quite the surprise after finding a man passed out in the front yard in the wee hours of Saturday morning.

Police identified the man as Julio C. Cabrera-Mercado, 23, of Reston, who was arrested on a charge of public intoxication, according to a report from the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

He was released from jail on an unsecured bond.
