"You must stay with the group at all times," the sign-up form states and the event is non-transferable. It also says attendees must wear closed-toe, non-skid shoes.
"If you cannot attend the event for any reason you must let us know at least 3 days in advance so that the opportunity to participate is given to someone else," the form says.
The Transportation Security Administration requires Dulles Airport to collect information from entrants for purposes of watch list screening.
The same notice says providing that information is voluntary, but people who do not provide it "may be subject to additional screening or denied transportation or authorization to enter a sterile area."
In addition, TSA may share submitted information with law enforcement or intelligence agencies or others under its published system of records notice.
