Endangered Woman From Reston Area Found
Police have located Susan Carstens, who went missing from Reston and experiences health issues.
UPDATE: Carstens has been found safe.
Fairfax County Police are searching for a missing endangered woman in the Reston area.
Susan Carstens, 51, was last seen around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Reston area. She is considered an endangered missing adult due to mental or physical health issues.

She is described as 5 foot 7 and 185 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes and tattoos on both legs. Police believe she is driving a bronze colored Hyundai Tucson with VA tags VXK8791.
